• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper coordination with the driver providing the service.

2. Role of AirportLimoKL.com

• AirportLimoKL.com operates solely as a digital platform that connects users with independent drivers (referred to as “service providers”) who offer transportation services.
• All payments collected through the platform are transferred to the respective driver providing the service. AirportLimoKL.com does not provide transportation services and holds no responsibility for the quality, timeliness, or safety of services provided by the driver.

3. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are finalized only upon full payment, which is collected on behalf of the driver to secure the requested service.

4. Driver and Vehicle Information

• Information about the assigned driver and vehicle will be shared with users by AirportLimoKL.com at least one (1) day before the scheduled pick-up date.

5. Airport Drop-Off (Departure)

• A grace waiting period of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time is offered by the driver.

6. Airport Pick-Up (Arrival)

• Pick-up times are determined by the driver based on the flight’s Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) and a pre-defined buffer period to account for delays or early arrivals.

7. Complimentary Waiting Time

• Non-Airport Locations: Drivers provide a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes.
• Airport Locations (KLIA/KLIA2/SZB): Drivers offer a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes after the flight’s ATA.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling, as determined by the driver.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.
• Reschedules and refunds are not allowed for requests made within 12 hours of the pick-up time.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed by the driver and are subject to their approval and any applicable fees.

9. Baggage/Luggage Policy

• Users are responsible for ensuring their selected vehicle can accommodate their baggage.
• Standard luggage sizes are 26-28 inches, while large suitcases exceeding 30 inches may count as two pieces.
• Drivers may deny service if the baggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, and users will bear any consequences of this.

10. Additional Passengers

• Each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if this limit is exceeded to ensure safety and comfort.

11. Waiting Time Charges

• For waiting times beyond the complimentary period, drivers may charge RM50-RM100 per 30 minutes, depending on the vehicle type.

12. All-Inclusive Pricing

• Fares set by drivers include tolls, parking, and journey-related fees. Any changes to pick-up/drop-off location or time may result in additional charges determined by the driver.

13. Market-Based Pricing

• Rates are determined by drivers and may vary based on booking time, usage, and market conditions. Users are encouraged to confirm and pay promptly to secure the quoted price.

14. Late Arrival Resolution

• If the assigned driver is delayed, users may contact AirportLimoKL.com for assistance in resolving the issue. Any compensation, if applicable, will be determined by the driver.

15. Order Confirmation Guarantee

• In the rare event that a confirmed booking is canceled by the driver, users are entitled to a full refund and additional compensation, as determined by the driver.

16. Vehicle Replacement Policy

• If the assigned vehicle is unavailable, the driver will provide a replacement vehicle of the same or upgraded category.

17. Monetary Transactions and Responsibility

• AirportLimoKL.com facilitates payment collection on behalf of the drivers.
• All monetary matters, including rates, refunds, and additional charges, are determined and handled directly by the drivers. AirportLimoKL.com does not set fares or assume responsibility for any monetary disputes between users and drivers.
